Not exactly. There are three levels to this program so anyone can do it, even if you are not a caveman or cavewoman! Whether you are trying to heal your body from disease or just looking to jump-start your weight loss, this detox meal plan will help you clean up your diet!
Level One will help someone that eats the typical “healthy” or American foods to transition to a whole foods diet. You will learn to eliminate refined carbs, processed foods, grains and sugars. This would be a great start for someone that thinks Paleo is too hard because it allows a small amount of rice, quinoa and beans as well as full-fat dairy. It would also be good for someone that would like to begin a gluten-free diet. Beginners should start here and work your way up!
Level Two is great for someone that is already eating whole foods but would like to ease into a Paleo program. You will learn to go completely grain-free, eliminate legumes and add healthy fats.
Level Three is for the established grain-free Paleo eater who still isn’t feeling right. This book will help you to clean up your diet, kill the sugar cravings and improve your daily life!
